How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to us with the following information:

Please include in your email:

  1. Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Your Facebook User ID or Name: The name or ID associated with your Facebook account that interacted with our bot
  3. Request Details: A clear statement that you wish to delete all your data from SalesBot

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

  1. We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
  2. We will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note: After deletion, you will no longer be able to access any previous conversations or data associated with your account in our system.
